Confio recently engaged with a outside consultancy to survey its customers and we asked one simple question: how likely are you to recommend Ignite to a colleague? Confio achieved a score of 63. A quick survey of other technology companies revealed an average Net Promoter score between 3 and 53. The score is certainly impressive, but it was the hundreds of unsolicited, optional responses that really blew us away.
