Responsibilities

  • Write Solution Briefs, Case Studies, White Papers and other strategic written and video materials in support of expanding Ignite market awareness
  • Research and develop technical competitive analysis
  • Develop, test, and refine messaging to drive product sales
  • Develop and deliver ongoing product sales training for internal and channel audiences

Required Skills and Experience

Major Account Sales Job Code: MAS

Description

Confio Software is a dynamic and growing developer of enterprise IT performance management tools. We are seeking a proven revenue generator to play a key role in major account sales in the US. The position is located in our Boulder, Colorado headquarters (right on the Boulder bike path!).

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed assigned sales quota for license of enterprise software sales on quarterly basis
  • Develop and close enterprise accounts with five and six figure deal size.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts in target markets, establishing deep knowledge of account decision makers and organizational structure.
  • Base of operations is inside Boulder main office, but will require extensive US based travel to develop and close target customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Success as "hunter" and "closer" for enterprise software, database, performance management, or similar IT infrastructure software.
  • Proven track record in top 20% of prior sales organizations
  • Ab2ility to position complex software products to IT customers. Ability to interact and influence customers in a range of roles from technical champions to C-level business buyers.
  • Ideal candidate has been a successful sales rep selling technology products and is looking for a high upside opportunity in an entrepreneurial, unstructured, small company environment.

Sales Development Representative Job Code: SDR

Confio Software, a fast growing business software company is expanding sales and marketing with Sales Development Representatives. Primary responsibility is to develop sales opportunities by contacting, qualifying and educating prospects interested in Confio's technical software products. Commission is paid based on the number and quality of leads delivered to the sales group. Specific duties include warm and cold sales calls, email dialogue, and relationship building. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with senior sales staff to support revenue targets.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, energetic, sales oriented person. Computer technology aptitude and ability to learn technical topics at level required to converse with corporate software sales prospects. This is an entry level opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to begin a career in high end business and technology sales. Four year degree required. Previous sales experience in IT is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary plus full benefits. Bonus programs based on achieving targets for opportunity development. Not a commissioned sales position, and achievement of bonuses not dependent on individual sales results.

Description:

Confio Software is a dynamic and growing developer of enterprise IT performance management tools. We are seeking a customer oriented Oracle DBA to play a key role in technical sales and support efforts. The position is located in our Boulder, Colorado headquarters.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Technical sales support of customers and prospects to ensure success during pre-sales efforts
  2. Consultation on database performance problems and solutions using Confio products
  3. Creation and delivery of demonstrations to highlight benefits of Confio products
  4. Informal training of customers on use of Confio products
  5. Support and resolution of installed prospect and customer issues

Compensation:

Base salary with bonus based on team achievement of goals. Full benefits package plus stock options.

Experience:

Outgoing, customer oriented DBA with strong knowledge and practical skills in performance tuning of Oracle DBMS using Oracle and other vendor's tuning tools. Oracle DBA experience in large enterprise, in areas of performance tuning, administration and SQL development. Knowledge of J2EE and enterprise applications (ERP, accounting, CRM or similar) is a benefit.

Outstanding interpersonal communications skills, both verbal and written. Sales and customer problem solving orientation. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment, and demonstrated ability to be responsive to customer technical and business concerns.

Ideal candidate has performed pre- or post- sales support role (Systems Engineer) for database, performance tools, or enterprise software vendor.
